AI Usage Policy

This policy describes how AI systems, crawlers and automated tools may use content from LocalLlama.nl. It is based on the Content-Signal specification and EU DSM Directive 2019/790 (Article 4 — reservation of rights for text and data mining).

Permitted uses

TDM reservation

In accordance with Article 4 of EU DSM Directive 2019/790, AT Computing BV explicitly reserves rights for text and data mining (TDM) of LocalLlama.nl content for AI training and fine-tuning purposes. This reservation is also declared in:

  • /.well-known/tdmrep.json: prohibitedAiGenerativeTraining: true
  • Meta tag: <meta name="tdm-reservation" content="1">
